A New York FC is a definite "no" until at least 2010 because of the Red Bulls and their area rights. Until the Philly-St Louis situation plays out it is hard to tell when the next round of MLS expansion will be announced. MLS will be choose the 16th team ( Seattle or Philly ) the next month for MLS 2009 and instead somebody writes that will there be 16 teams in 2010 !!! I am sure that in 2010 there will be 18 teams in MLS and that 18th team will be NYCFC !!! Am I right ? I don’t realize !!
